The essentials in English
- Your booking becomes a binding fixed-term rental contract once StayOver confirms your reservation.
- Bookings are guaranteed upon payment and are non-refundable after the booking confirmation has been issued.
- Check-in from 3:00 pm on arrival day, check-out by 11:00 am on departure day.
- Accepted payment methods: credit card and bank transfer. No cash.
- A security deposit applies (€ 200 for stays under three months; one month's rent for stays of three to six months).
- Smoking, parties and pets (except certified service dogs) are not permitted; subletting is prohibited.
- Austrian law applies; place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
